These cute wee hollow ceramic eggs are gorgeous on their own, or get crafty with our porcelain pens and decorate them!
Approx 6cm tall with flat bottom so they can stand.

RURAL DELIVERY
If you have a Rural Delivery Address but have not paid the additional fee, we will email you with an option of either paying the additional fee, or changing to a non RD address.
If we have had no response after a follow up email, we will refund your order minus a $15 administration fee, or the full order value, which ever is less.
OVERSEAS GIFT ORDERS
Please ensure that you include the correct phone number for the DELIVERY address as well as your phone number for the billing address.
We often need to contact the receiver to check delivery details etc and if we need to send an email to you it can delay delivery significantly due to different time zones etc.
**PRE-ORDER ITEMS**
Please note that if you purchase other items with a pre order item, all items will be held until your pre-order item is available.
If you wish for the other items to be shipped immediately, please put them through in a separate purchase. Shipping will need to be paid for both shipments.
SmartyPants likes to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible and we heavily subsidise Rural Delivery.
1-2 day Urban Delivery - $5
3-5 day Rural Delivery - $10
This area encompases all of Christchurch, down to Ashburton, across to Darfield, Waikare, up to Waipara and all of Banks Peninsula.

Large items
For large items we charge $18 for Urban and $22 for Rural Delivery. Please note that this is still usually subsidised by us as larger items can be very costly to send.
PO BOXES
Please note we do not generally post to PO boxes. Our courier network does not deliver to PO Boxes and the cost to ship by NZ Post is not usually covered by our shipping fee. We may contact you for an alternative address or for an extra shipping fee.
PLEASE NOTE
Local Pickup - You are more than welcome to collect your order from our shop in Wigram Skies. Please allow a couple of hours for your order to be processed.
We will send you the tracking number and tracking website details in your fulfilment confirmation so you can keep an eye on your delivery progress.
We are unable to refund courier costs if delivery is within a reasonable time frame.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Due to the rising costs of international shipping and the unreliability of shipping timeframes, we no longer ship internationally.
Repackaging Fees
It is our goal to have orders ready for the courier or for pickup within 30 minutes of receiving the order (during working hours) and often have your parcel ready to go within just a few minutes of you placing the order.
However this means that if there is a change of mind (for example colour, size, wrapping paper, or adding to your order), we are likely to have completed your order already, and be unable to reuse the courier packaging.
For this reason, we reserve the right to charge a $5 repackaging fee which may need to be paid before your goods are couriered out.
We ship directly from our physical shop in Christchurch, NZ and do not drop ship, so you will not be left waiting for your goodies.
Theft From Mailboxes / Front Porch
Sadly, theft of online orders is skyrocketing.
Unfortunately even when we request 'signature delivery', most couriers seem to sign for it themselves even though we are charged extra. When they don't sign for it, they take it to their depot, often making it extremely inconvenient for you to retrieve it.
If you would like a signature delivery please let us know.
Please ensure you have a safe place for your parcel to be left - you can leave a note in the checkout 'leave by back door' etc.
If you purchase a lot online, we recommend getting a courier drop box so your goods are safe until you arrive home.
Click & Collects
Please note that orders which have not been collected within 2 weeks from order date may be refunded, minus a $15 administration fee, or the full order value, which ever is less.
We will contact you via text (if we have your mobile number) and email as soon as your order is ready for collection, and before we refund your order (text only, if we have your number, email if we don't).
We will include a link on this reminder for you to be able to pay for a courier instead, if you are unable to collect your order.
Change of Mind Exchanges and Returns
SmartyPants is happy to accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of your purchase. You may either exchange your item for another of the same value, or Store Credit will be issued for the purchase value. Your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. Tags must still be attached and / or must be returned in it’s original, undamaged packaging and proof of purchase will be required. All sales of clearance items are final.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Clearance items are unable to be returned unless they are faulty.
All online purchase returns must be accompanied by your original order number, found on your order confirmation.
Change of mind returns will result in a store credit issued to the value of your purchase. Alternatively you may exchange the returned item for another at the same value or put towards a larger purchase. If you exchange for an item of lesser value, the remainder will be issued as a credit note. Credit notes will be emailed to you and are valid for 90 days.
Please note that credits for change of mind returns do not include the cost of shipping. If you have received free shipping, your credit will be minus SmartyPants’ current cost of shipping. The cost of shipping is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and the replacement item will be sent out only once the original item and payment for new shipping has been received. If you are returning goods to SmartyPants please ensure you use a tracked courier as we cannot accept any responsibility for items that don’t arrive.
Faulty Items
If you have purchased an item and it is faulty, SmartyPants reserves the right to repair the item if possible, or replace when necessary. If you have purchased faulty goods via our website please email us at info@smartypantskids.co.nz and include a description of the fault and photos. We may need to contact our suppliers and ask for their recommendation. In the event that it is deemed the item is faulty, SmartyPants may provide a courier bag to you in order to return it to us. We will then either repair or replace and get it back to you as quickly as possible.
If we are unable to repair or replace the item with a mutually agreeable solution, a refund will be given. Online orders will be refunded via PayPal, returns completed in the shop will be refunded with cash or bank transfer.

Can I pick up from you?
Yes of course - you can place an order online and it will usually be ready within an hour during open hours. We will let you know when it’s ready.
Where are you located?
We are located in Christchurch New Zealand. We do not do any drop shipping, what you see online is available in our shop.
Can you gift wrap?
Sure can! You can add gift wrapping at cart which is free for overs over $100 and just $2 for orders under that.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we only ship within New Zealand.
Do you offer Loyalty Points?
We sure do - sign up to our loyalty system here. You’ll get $5 off your next purchase and you’ll earn points towards vouchers with every purchase
Do you support fundraisers?
We sure do! However as you may expect, we get so many requests for support that we have had to limit our support to only those organisations that are located within our local area of Wigram, Christchurch, and adjoining suburbs. As a small business we need to ensure that the people we are supporting, support us back as well!
How long does delivery take?
If the delivery address is in the South Island, you will usually receive the parcel 1-2 business day after your parcel is dispatched.
North Island deliveries usually take 2-3 business days.
Allow extra time over public holidays and busy seasons.
For Rural Deliveries, please allow an additional 5 business days.

We primarily use NZ Post. For larger items we sometimes use Castle Parcels or another alternative courier company.
If you would like us to send your larger parcel via NZ Post please let us know, there will likely be an extra charge, depending on the size.
