Please note that while we are happy to accept orders after these cutoff dates and will ship as we normally would (it may not be a Christmas order after all!) we cannot accept any responsibility for parcels not making it in time for Christmas if ordered after the below dates.
We will absolutely do our best, but cannot spend hours and repeated phone calls and emails following up your parcel with our couriers - we are extremely busy in the shop as well.
The network of couriers in NZ are doing their absolute best to get parcels delivered in time, if it doesn't arrive before Christmas, then there'll be an extra present to open after Christmas!
