The Story of Little Rae Prints

With the birth of my daughter came a whole new identity for me. So much love exploded into my life and all of my energy, heart and soul went into being the best mama bear a little girl could dream of. When my daughter was 3.5 months new, I realised I needed to channel my creativity into something that was mine but not separate to the new life I was loving living. So out came my old paintbrushes and Little Rae Prints was born.

Watercolour painting is incredibly relaxing as you need to learn to lose a little control and simply let the water guide the ink around the image you are wanting to create - it has a beautiful life of its own. What a powerful analogy for motherhood too huh?! My watercolours are whimsical, soft and filled with make believe. Created with love for your littles.
